Sep 02 2008, 03:19 PM@ Liza: Thanks! ;-)
@ Prashant: Great, I'll send you mine as well. Thanks!
By the way - my place for the mini orientation has been already confirmed (that was really fast) - so I guess I'll meet most of you there.

Sep 02 2008, 05:07 PMHello everyone :)
All things are done relating to accommodation for my part - deposit paid, and relevant documents sent - therefore the stress is definitly reduced ! I'm going to reach London on 13th. Fortunately, I'll take the Eurostar train, and than i'll arrive at St Pancras. From there, it's quite easy directly to go to Wolfson House by metro.
I'm attending the orientation program at Strand campus monday 15th as well, so we'll see each other there ! And i thing a meeting one night within our first "London week" is a realy nice idea, I'm in :)
Just one question... anyone already received the enrolment pack ? no new on my side :(

Sep 02 2008, 08:46 PM@Celine: I'm at Wolfson House too. I've also finished the documentation and sent it off. But I'll do the NHS stuff when I reach London. I think the enrollment packs are stuck in never never land. :)) Nobody has received them as yet. I have a feeling it'll reach me just when I'm boarding the flight. hahaha.
@Ujjwala: Packing is a pain and so is the shopping. LOL. Every time I think shopping is over, some last minute thing strikes me.

Sep 03 2008, 06:17 AM@ Aditya: When I lived in London 10 years ago we had to have a compulsory meningitis vaccination, due to a recent mass outbreak. It was one shot and it was free. Since they ask for it in the form, I guess it might still be mandatory, so we might have to do it again when we're in London now. Regarding the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination I probably won't need that as I've already had two of these three as a child and am basically immune. But people who have not had them might need a shot for those, too. Regarding chest x-rays I have no idea. Does it say that on the form, too?[Edited Sep 03 2008]
