  Thanks Liza. I think the standard practice is to give a Visa for about 4 months more than the one year course. I'm just waiting for my residence contract now. Too many things to complete before I leave. The going crazy time begins now. haha.

  Residence contract should hopefully reach in this week. Enrollment pack is supposed to reach end of August. If students have confirmed their places and their residences, then KCL should send everything earlier. I'm surprised that they leave everything for the last minute. LOL. :)

  Prashant-I completely agree with you!I am leaving for Delhi tonight and am hoping that the residence pack reaches by Thursday! Or else Il have to go back to Delhi again! I thought of paying the deposit though so even if the contract reaches them a little late atleast the moneys there! What say?Can we just call them and tell them to take the deposit?   Aditya- Did they say that the contract can come in late also? all I need to do is deposit the money? Its no issue if it reaches after the 3rd?

  @Ujjwala: I think it's a good idea to pay the deposit. Makes it easier and you don't have any last minute stress. I'm also planning to pay the deposit in the next few days. Aditya has already paid the deposit and I think he called them up to pay through his credit card.
  
  In any case if the contract reaches only by the end of the week, then how can they expect us to send it back by 3rd. I'm sure they'll be flexible on the timeline provided the deposit is paid.

  @ Enrollment Pack:
  Hello everyone.. i received email reply from the Admissions office regarding enrollment pack.. this is what it stated:
  
  "The LLM Admissions Office will be sending out a message to all candidates
  who have accepted an unconditional offer with information on Enrolment and
  Module Choices in the near future.
  
  Most of the information will be sent via e-mail, however the green form
  referred to in the message will be sent via mail. If it does not arrive
  before you intend to travel to London, there will be a copy waiting for
  you to amend when you arrive for enrolment.
  The LLM Admissions Office wish to send the most up-to-date information to
  our candidates and we apologise for any inconvenience this delay has
  caused you. Yours sincerely, LLM Admissions Team"
  
  So in case enrollment pack doesn't reaches on time.. not to worry...

  @Ujjwala: no they didn't say that contract can reach us late.. but its a presumption that postal department can cause delay.. regarding confirming ur place in SSA. its better u call the office (stamford streets apartment not accommodation office) and deposit an initial amount of 150 GBP through credit card.. Master card or visa will be fine.. .. they dont accept debit cards and American express credit cards.. u keep ur credit card no's ready.. tell them ur application no.. and they will debit the amount instantly.. so i guess this is the best possible option to secure ur place in SSA.. and prashant is right its not possible to send the contract back by 3rd..
  further i informed the accommodation office that there can be some delay for contract to reach them.. therefore they marked a note on my accommodation file that liberty be granted in case of some delay.. but they specifically mentioned that i must deposit the token money.. which i did using credit card, telephonically..
