  @Klara: I signed the agreement as I understood that a lot of postgrads are allocated in the Southside and that anyways we do not have any choice. If we want to switch rooms for any reason, we should contact the residence manager afterwards and inform him but obviously we they will not give any guarantees. Southside is cheaper but the difference is unsubstantial so I doubt there is a big difference between the two (I hope at least!).

  hey thr Riad n Klara... i hv been allocated the north part... i dont know y..... is thr a lot of difference... hope thr r post grads thr too.... most of us here hv been allocated the south.... hopefully the place is good :(

  @Shweta: I wouldn’t worry because the difference is minimal and there is a lot of postgrads as well

  I booked from the 14th. I think that it shouldn't be too bad but I am not sure we can get out of the lease once we sign..

  thats my apprehension too.... as in in case v wanna get out of it v gotta get someperson in place of us.... so that the residence or the colge does not loose the income for that term... its kinda weird

  @everybody who's coming to Lillian Penson, after have paid online the deposit do you have received by post/email something else, a kind of contract, to sign and send them..? i just have a doubt as since now I received nothing.. but maybe is just because the procedure is different for intercollegiate residence..?

  I will be at Stamford Street but I have a problem with the acceptance and the payment of the deposit. It seems they didn't receive it yet. I hope that they will not cancel my place.

  Hi Wyssam! I have some troubles too! I sent all the documents back on wednesday. But I am not sure the will be delivered by the due date (I have no words to describe italian postal service), and my bank said to me that the receipt of the bank transfer will be sent in several days @ home. I wrote (and called) for asking advices, and they answered I've not to worry, I can send the receipt by fax and I can confirm by mail! I suggest to try again enquiring, they were really kind with me!
