Accomodation in London

  @ Hi! Annagiulia, I too was worried about the same thing. I thought of two eventualities since we have already paid the deposit...(1) payment of deposit fees tantamounts to the fact that we are going to sign the lease agreement as well...so I guess they would probably give us the lease agreement when we reach there, or (2) they probably would send the courier late perhaps last week of August or so...
  
  In any case to overcome our doubts, I will write to the LPH office enquiring about the same.

  i only got an e-mail confirming that they have received the payment. apart from that i've heard nothing from LPH until today. so i think it's just a different procedure at the intercollegiate halls and no need to worry for us.

  @Annaguilia and Walther, I wrote to LPH office regarding the lease agreement and they have replied to me saying that nothing will be couriered to me and I will receive a welcome pack once I arrive there. By "welcome pack" I assume they mean the agreement....:)
  
  Nothing to worry anymore. We are saved from the hassle and expense of courier.

  @ Sujata: That sounds good. I hope I won't get into trouble as I only arrive on Tuesday 22 September so the "welcome pack" will have to wait a couple of days for me.

  @Walther: I dont think that date will make a difference, if you have already been offered the accomodation...

  @Sujata: I sent them an e-mail with my arrival date, and they just replied that I still had to pay for the nights 20/21 and 21/22 September. If there were any further problems, I think they would have told me immediately. I have already paid the deposit and firmly accepted the offer of accomodation.
