Just contacted Hampstead and KCL's accommodation desk.
KCL's accommodation desk confirmed that they have received my acceptance of the provisional residential offer and said that they will send the lease agreement sometime in August.
Hampstead informed me that it is too early to pay anything as of yet as they have not received the allocation themselves (maybe this is the difference with the intercollegiate halls). I guess we will have to wait 20 days then call again. I appreciate if someone can confirm with regards to Hampstead.
    Cheers

@ Stefano and Shweta: I think there's a difference between intercollegiate halls and king's college halls. the payment of the deposit functions as acceptance of the offer at the intercollegiate halls. if you've got different acceptance forms from kcl, then this is probably all right.

I agree with Walther, at the intercollegiate halls the payment of deposit is considered as acceptance of the offer.

I was offered to stay from September 20th but I have asked for an early accomodation as I would like to attend the Orientaion programme. They have accepted my request and have booked me from 15th onwards.

Have you guys noticed the below?
"By accepting our offer of accommodation, you are entering into
a Residence Agreement which is subject to the Regulations
included in this Guide, as well as to the College’s Regulations
    Concerning Students (see www.kcl.ac.uk/about/governance/
regulations/students.html on the College’s website). Please
read all of these documents fully before signing the Residence
Agreement. If at any time you wish to discuss your Residence
Agreement, please contact the Accommodation Office or
    speak with your Residence Manager."
This means that even though we have no idea of the accommodation fees that we will have to pay for this year (since the My Digs document relates only to last year) we are already bound by the Guide, including the fact that we cannot call the early terminantion of the Residence Agreement without the approval of the Accommodation Office? Thats kinda insane, isnt it?
