Start of enrolment week and courses?

  Hi everyone!!
  
  I just joined your group which is very active and full of interesting information. I come from Switzerland but I am in London since a couple of months. I look forward to meeting you in a few weeks. Does anyone intend to do his LLM in International public law?

  Hi!
  I am also thinking of doing the QLTT. Anyone know how soon I need to apply? I'm not sure whether to do it in the winter or the summer.

  @suibhan, hey thr... i am too planning to give my QLTT in december... hv alreadty got my eligibility certi... but u will hv to chk if u can apply now.... as u must b aware that the rules hv changed not sure abt switz..... but in india its not applicable anymore without 2 years expi with a uk firm/solicitor..... so just get the confirmed....

  Did it change again recently? I know there are undertaking a review. I have 7 years experience from the US and was told by the SRA a few months ago that I could take the QLTT and satisfy the 1 year UK experience requirement after the exam. They just won't put you on the roll until the 1 year of UK practice requirement is satisfied. I must admit, the thing holding me back from doing it is completing the annoying "experience" forms! In the US we don't do "seats" in different departments, so it is very difficult to break down your experience into strict categories. I really must get down to it!

  As far as I know, no one has received it. We had a discussion about it on the facebook group. Someone also mentioned that it might be coming via email... I might call the central admissions office tomorrow and see what they say. I'll let you know.
