    Alex,

Change of plans. In addition to an LLM student at Leiden, I ghost write appellate briefs for firms in California, Nebraska, and Utah. Anyway, my point is, I just received an email from a Utah firm that wants to have a teleconference on one of my briefs TONIGHT. So, needless to say, I cannot make your get together. I am very bummed, but definitely let me know about the next get together. I want to meet everyone. Anyway, sorry. But I need the money from my "legal mercenary" jobs to help pay for school.

    Thanks,

    John

Hey guys, not to worry. There will be many more nights to come (are my hopes for our program...). I hope to meet you both at orientation or at the program intro thing.

For everyone else - party is still on. Don't be shy, no one else knows each other either. :)

Hello, all! I will stop by the Herengracht tonight to visit another friend's party, and I will try to stop by the Einstein later tonight to say hello.

If you're in Leiden, send me a message and I'll give you my cell phone number.

    Samantha,

    What's your cell? I don't have a cell but I have Skype.

    Thanks,

    John

I'm just making myself a late dinner in my room. I think ISN-R held a Cinema Club meeting at Plexus earlier tonight, but I couldn't make it.

hi I have just been accepted into Leiden University for the advanced LLM in Public International Law with sp in Int Criminal Law.

I was wondering if anyone can give me a break up of the living expenses ie travel, insuarance, etc for a year at the University and what would be a cheaper option a. staying at the University offered accomodation or b at a private place
