Jun 03 2009, 03:14 PMHi Roberta. UN is an interesting and a specific environment that suits some better then the others. It is definitely a forum where you get to meet different profiles of people, from diplomats to professors and all sorts of experts. It is also a forum where things move rather slowly, which requires a lot of patients from those who want to make a difference.
Congrats to you too!

Jun 16 2009, 08:51 PMhey Ashita,
We're recommended to take 12 credits per semester, but can take b/w 10-14 credits per semester. We have to take (1) corporations; and (2) banking law or financial institutions 1 (we don't have to take them at the first semester, however - it is recommended to take corporations in the first semester, as it is a prerequisite to many other courses in our program)
Also, if you're a foreigner (i.e. don't have a law degree from the US) you have to take the course "introduction to the US legal system" and also the course "legal writing for LLMS".
you register for these classes at http://my.fordham.edu (there's instructions on how to do it and you should have also gotten an Email from fordham with the instructions)
Good Luck!
Gat
