    Hi Pallav,

good to hear from you. My name is Alex, I'm from Munich, Germany. I'll be finishing my LLB (law&economics) in a couple of weeks. I have received a conditional offer from KCL, so I have my fingers crossed.... Still waiting for offers from UCL and LSE.

Hope to see you in London in september! Which law schools in the US have you applied to?

    Alex

    Hi guys...

I think this forum is a great point of discussion. Thus, I solicit the advice of its very experienced and talented members! I already have received an unconditional offer from King's. A few weeks later, to my greatest surprise, I also received an email from Cambridge offering a place. At the moment I am in a confused state of mind what to do. Come to King's or go off to Cambridge. I did some comparisons. King's has a superb choice of subjects. It is no 4 in the list. And it's in London, the heart of the legal world in England. On the other hand, Cambridge is no 1 in the list (Times ranking) and has a very traditional approach to the LLM programme. I guess, this explains the dilemma I am facing.

Your view would be useful in making an informed decision and thus I am thankful to all of you. I also believe that University of London, including King's College, is best for Competition Law and Queen Mary in particular is a magnet for Technology and IT Law experts.

First of all, congratulations for being accepted at Cambridge!

If I were in your place, I would go for Cambrige. As you mentioned, Cambridge is No 1 in the rankings and has (together with Oxford) a great reputation all over the world. King's College is a top-tier university as well, but why not go for No 1? Just my two cents.....

Apart from reputation, it depends on your speciality. What subjects are you interested in?

    Hay Suren and Pallav...
Thanks for responding so promptly. If I divorce my selection criteria of an ideal University from any rankings and reputation and the like and only rely on how friendly my fellow class mates will be, I would without second thoughts select King's because you all are such a wonderful bunch! You all seem to have already bonded and that's simply great! I must confess, this is a very tough decision to make!

I have not made my choice yet. I will have to soon.

    Hi everyone,
My name is Pinar and I am from Turkey. I got an unconditional offer from KCL. Now, I think I am finally over with the uncertainty that we all faced during these last couple of months about which school to go and what to do. I feel relieved :)
How about you guys? Have you made up your minds about KCL yet?
    Hope to hear from you.
    Keep in touch.
