PURPOSE

The Society of Advanced Studies on Corporate Law is a Collegia with the purpose of use the Information Technology to build a joint intellectual work on Corporate Law, with the collaboration of all academics and professionals, of all parts of the World, and of the most different areas, such as, but not limited to, Law, Economics, Contability, Political Science, Philosophy; academics and professionals interested to understand the phenomenon of the Collective Entities related to the Corporate Law by a multidisciplinary perspective.

BECOME A MEMBER

Become, for free, a Member Class A of the Society of Advanced Studies on Corporate Law, with right (i) to free access to part of our Advanced Intellectual Production on Corporate Law and (ii) access to our Library of Acts of all the World, subscribing the Mailing List of the Collegia.
