WHAT IS A DEDICATION?
What is a Dedication in Midstream Oil and Gas Procedure?; What is a Covenant Running with the Land?; What is Required to create a Covenant Running with the Land?; Are Rights granted Under an Oil and Gas Lease sufficient to allow a producer to create a covenant running with the land in favour of a Midstream Company?; Can a Dedication be structured as a Covenant Running with the Land?, If so, how?
This work attempts to answer the above questions that still need researching. In answering the above questions we have concentrated here on the Oklahoma and Texas legal jurisdictions for comparisons. Other areas of legal jurisdiction have also been discussed here in comparison.
