My experience is that it seems difficult to pre book so far as one cannot know what places are good. Most people advise that you book at Evans lodge for a few weeks then get there and hire a realtor to find you a good place.
Have you found any places online you are comfortable with?

Mar 19 2011, 04:20 PMi have heard that condition of evan's is miserable. so dats out of the question, going there and searching seems to be a better option, i plan to be there arnd 29th april.

I have the same view as you. I have been considering off campus residence and I am not comfortable with booking housing online without checking it out physically. I am planning to arrive a bit early for apartment hunting (I am flyin over on 30th April). When are you planning to arrive?
