Leiden Admissions

    Hey everybody,
    I received my offer about a week ago, looking forward to seeing you guys in september. Concerning the house-hunting: I talked to a friend of mine who did the LLM in PIL two years ago and he told me that looking on your own is rather hard, especially if you don't speak dutch. I really didn't like the fact that I had to pay the 500 bucks up front, but I figured it would be worth it if it saves me weeks of running around looking for a place to stay.

    @ Marcelo: Did you submit your application online? The ppl at the International Office seem to be pretty good at being in touch, they confirmed the receipt of my application, the application fee and let me know when my application was forwarded to the selection board. I'd call them and ask...

    Apart from the housing problems...Does anyone know if usually everyone gets the degree or it is likely to fail and don't get the LL.M. Degree?... I know it could sound a stupid question but I heard Leiden is quite hard.
    I have to decide between Leiden (LLM Adv. European Law) and Loyola Law School Program in Bologna.
    Any good tips?

    Hi all!

    I have been admitted into the LLM PIL and i am looking for housing but through an agency. Do u think its a good idea to live in the Hague instead of Leiden?thanx

    The time between Leiden and The Hague by train is only about 20 minutes, from that you can see if it is worth.

    Hey everyone,
    My name is Clémence and I have been admitted at Leiden for the Public International Law LLM. I was wondering if some of you were still looking for accommodation or if by any chance someone was looking for a flatmate to live with..? I havent been able to start looking before so it's a bit difficult right now, especially from France. Should be visiting Leiden soon though...
    I would be very grateful if you could let me know if you're interested or know someone who might be!
