Alexan farm is good but they will raise rent so I will try to make some deals.
I may stay in Alexan if the price is reasonable.
But as i will go back to my country during summer and I need one more room for babysitter,
I may move out from my current 2 bed room and move bigger one in Alexan,
or i will sublet the apt durin summer if I decide to stay in.
If you need any info about Alexan, pls let me know :)

I also need some advice on housing and life in Durham!
