The elections in India upto 2010,China,Africa are all following illegal methods of purchasing the votes of their citizens to come to power .once in power follow corruption at all levels of their Government to loot the public treasury by transferring huge amounts into their benami accounts by illegal transactions.The money wasted by these so called politicians is so huge that the entire country can live with all basic amenities like food ,clothing,shelter and good health.
The voters should have minimum educational qualifications to understand the value and purpose of vote in democratic set up.But these countries which are highly populated are not concentrating on educating its citizens but are spending huge amounts of billions and billions of US Dollars for purchasing arms and ammunition and defense equipment and creating tensions across their borders.
Majority of the voters know the name of the country in which they are living nor its borders its constitution and its democratic setup.unless the voters are educated the corruption and illegal practices in these nations cannot be stopped.
