Tatiana Mainieri – May 23 2011, 10:32 AMBihter, I'm sorry for not responding to your query, I have no clue which university is better. Maybe you could look at the rankings. :) Best of luck!

Tatiana Mainieri – May 23 2011, 10:23 AMHi Francisca! Congratulations! :) In regards to the housing, I personally chose to stay at a Unite student accommodation. I have a studio apartment that is about 12 minutes away from the Old College. I like it a lot and have no complaints at all.
However, many of my friends rented out rooms in houses and share them with other students and they pay a very reasonable amount for their rooms (between 350 and 450 pounds per month).
I would recommend that you look for something that is at a short distance from uni, as it can be a drag to have to take the bus home and then come back to uni (be it because you forgot something, or your're meeting friends near uni later).
When looking for flats (www.homesforstudents.co.uk or www.gumtree.com) just Google map the address of the flat that you're looking at and get directions to the Old College, to see the distance and approximate time that it may take you to walk from home to uni.
If you want me to ask any of my friends for their landlord's contact information, please let me know.
:)

Tatiana Mainieri – May 04 2011, 01:15 PMHi Nina!
I am a student in the LLM program at the University of Edinburgh. Last year I completed my application package the week after Easter and I did get admitted. Additionally, their admissions department is very diligent (at least in my opinion) and they gave me an answer within a week or two of having completed my application for admission.
Best of luck! And if you have any questions or if there is anything I can help you with, do not hesitate to contact me! :)- 1 lawyr likes this.
