Hello to every lawyers/attorneys/advocaten,
in india there are three mode to recover the debt through the court.1 on basis of general civil suit for money suit.2.on the basis of Cheques dishonored,invoice,liquidated amounts and on the basis of agreements or contracts i,e under order XXXVII CPC.
3.debt recovery for finincial institutions and bankers via
Debt Recovery Tribunals.
4.in every case limitations are upto 3 years to file suits or to recover the debt.
5.debt collection by arbitration if there is any clause in contract ot agreement.
