Now the India legal market is partly for Foreign Law Firms. According to newly enacted Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, Sec.59 of the legislation permits foreign firms to register and offer “consultation services”. But the practice of Indian Law is not permitted and no foreign lawyer is allowed to appear before Indian Courts.
