| More about me | I am a former active duty military JAG attorney. I spent the majority of my active duty JAG career as a military defense counsel. When I was a JAG, I served first as a base level military prosecutor, and then was selected to serve as a base level military defense counsel and then as a regional military defense counsel. I am now (2013) entering my 18th year of handling military cases. As a civilian court-martial defense attorney and military defense lawyer, I exclusively handle military cases because I care so deeply about representing and defending those who serve in the military and defend all of us. I handle all types of cases involving military adverse actions, including court-martial defense, defense against administrative boards such as administrative discharge/separation boards, FEBs, MEB/PEBs, Discharge Review Board, Board of Corrections for Military Records, etc. I represent military clients facing military discipline, adverse administrative actions, appeals and investigations. I offer free initial case consultations. |
