| More about me | Attorney Tetzel concentrates his practice on representing individuals in various civil litigation matters with a focus on personal injury and professional malpractice. He has been recognized by the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star”, an honor no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive each year. Attorney Tetzel takes an aggressive yet professional approach in the representation of all his clients, advocating to obtain the maximum result in each case. Paul represents clients in both State and Federal courts in a broad range of civil litigation cases, including nursing home negligence, product liability, professional malpractice, automobile accidents, wrongful death, construction accidents, insurance coverage disputes and bad-faith insurance claims. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, most notably trial practice and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to founding Tetzel Law in 2014, Paul worked at a personal injury law firm in Greater Boston for seven years. With over a decade of legal experience, he has successfully resolved hundreds of cases for his clients, many of which resulted in six figure recoveries. Paul attended Suffolk University Law School in the evening while working full-time at a Greater Boston law firm. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and Rhode Island Bar Association. Paul is originally from Central Massachusetts and obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Bentley University. At Bentley, he excelled both in the classroom and on the football field. He was a Division II First Team All-American defensive back and captain his senior season, as well as a three-time All-Academic selection. The skills Paul gained from his athletic and leadership positions translate well to his career as a litigator. Paul lives in Boston and enjoys golf, racquetball, travel and history.
