Haves Advised and provided consultancy to national and foreign companies including federal & state and municipal regulation on the matter of waste and hazardous materials & soil contamination & high-risk activities as well as environmental impact & land use and construction etc., Represented national and foreign companies before environmental authorities for the preparation Submittal and issuance of environmental applications and authorizations as well as concessions and other type of permits, Participated in International Arbitration Proceedings as a Designated Expert Witness on Mexican Environmental Law for a major International Arbitration Proceeding of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) (Arbitration No. 12, 124/JNK, 2003-2005), Has held the position of Head Professor of Environmental Law since 2002 at graduate and postgraduate levels.
