| More about me | I represent domestic and international telecom clients, particularly those implementing new technologies such as WiMax, Gigabit Ethernet and FTTH. Other clients are carrier agents, enterprise customers and equipment manufacturers. The bulk of my practice involves transactional and regulatory matters. I represent clients in a wide variety of U.S. regulatory proceedings at the federal (FCC) and state levels. My transactional work includes negotiating capacity agreements for wireless, fiber optic and satellite networks, agreements for international virtual private networks, strategic partnerships and interconnection agreements with wireless, paging, and competitive local exchange carriers. I also advise foreign regulatory agencies that are liberalizing their telecommunications and Internet regulatory frameworks. In addition, I teach an annual seminar on international telecommunications regulation at the Catholic University law school. |
