More about me | Boulder Personal Injury Lawyer Mrs. Hart has spent her entire legal career as a personal injury attorney. She began her career as a defense attorney for businesses and insurance companies defending against catastrophic personal injury, products liability and wrongful death lawsuits. During her time as a defense attorney, Mrs. Hart gained significant insight on how insurance companies and businesses maneuver away from paying out on personal injury lawsuits and claims and routinely take advantage of people who are hurt and experiencing financial and physical turmoil. Upon experiencing such injustice, Mrs. Hart recognized that she had an unwavering passion toward representing injured people. Mrs. Hart became a proud member of the Tenge Law Firm in February 2016. Her background as a defense attorney greatly assists in building solid personal injury cases against insurance companies and businesses to make sure her clients present the strongest possible case. Mrs. Hart also enjoys “leveling the playing field” between the individual and large company so that individuals, no matter their socio economic status or physical state, are heard and given the attention their case deserves. She is a tireless, creative, and aggressive advocate who truly cares about her clients’ financial and physical well-being. Mrs. Hart enjoys yoga, hiking, snowboarding, and camping with her husband and black lab. Bar Admissions: Colorado State Bar - 2013 |
