Boston Immigration Attorney Joshua L. Goldstein is devoted to the practice of immigration law. He represents individuals and businesses in obtaining visas and permanent residence and citizenship in the United States, through family relationships and employment. Attorney Goldstein assists individuals to assess options available to them under current Immigration and Nationality laws, and provides representation at all stages of the immigration process. This includes representing individuals by filing applications with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly the INS), both locally and through the regional service centers; appearing at administrative interviews and deportation or removal court hearings in Immigration Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court); and appealing decisions before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Attorney Goldstein handles business and family immigration cases including applications for H1-B status, Labor Certification, Permanent Residence ("Green card"), Naturalization (citizenship), and Cancellation of Removal. He also helps individuals in filing applications for Permanent Residence under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and the Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA). In addition, Massachusetts Immigration Attorney Goldstein helps individuals applying for political asylum and assists refugees and asylees in obtaining proper documents to travel abroad and to petition for family members.
