More about me |
Earlier in his career, Joseph practiced with two prominent law firms in Vancouver, British Columbia where he conducted and won numerous trials and court applications. He was counsel at trial and on appeal in R. v. Nwanebu, 2014 BCCA 387, a case that made new law in Canada (discussed here by The Lawyers Weekly). Joseph has experience before judge alone and jury trials, including as co-counsel on a five week jury trial where his client received a $1.4M award. He recently attended the Supreme Court of Canada with Dairn Shane on Saadati v. Moorhead, a case dealing with the boundaries of compensable psychological injuries. |
