I have been practicing criminal law in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties my entire career. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Cornell University in 1996. I graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 2001. While at Temple Law, I was an editor on the prestigious Temple Law Review. After law school, I was sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. I worked there for 4 years and tried countless trials, including more than 20 jury trials to verdict. In 2005, I left the District Attorney's Office to pursue a career defending those accused of criminal offenses. In 2013, I founded The Fishman Firm, LLC, which is located in Center City Philadelphia. My firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of the criminally-accused and those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. |
