Hello, I want to pursue my career as a patent attorney in the Biotechnology industry. I have done my Bachelor of Technology, Biotechnology. But I am very confused as to whether I should pursue my LLM in IPR, or an MSc in IPR management. Which course is suitable for this career path?

Hi, thanks for your message. I am specialized in business and company field not in patent field. So I could not tell you what course you have to take. However, I want to say if you like this career, just do it. I have practiced in the law firm for many years since graduation from the law school. The work is tough and challenging, but I like it, which is the most important for me to keep this career. If you want to be a patent attorney, I think it is necessary to further study in the law school and pass the bar examination, then get a lawyer license. Gook luck. Daisy

Thank you so much Daisy. :)
In your profession, have you seen the scope, demand, and the importance of Patent Attorneys/Agents?
