re admission

  hi
  
  i am a sri lankan attorney at law and am interested in persuing a llm in a top tier us university.it s common belief in s.l. that admittance to such schools is nearly impossible .i m in the state service,was a top 5p.c. student at law school and have participated in several international mooting comp.s including jessup.can someone pls help me out re' the following,
  1]will it be possible for me to win admission on my credentials
  2'] will it be possible for me to secure financial aide

  You have great credentials and I think you can definitely get admission to one of the top schools ... I guess the financials will depend on need/ merit so cant say much about that ...
