application and admissions into the LLM course at Cambridge

  hello,
  I am a student from Pune University, currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in law from the Indian Law Society. I had certain queries regarding the LLM course that I wish to pursue after my degree in India. could anyone be kind enough to provide me with the following information:
  
  1) In my first year of Law, I came 4th in the entire University. Does that hold me in good stead in terms of making the cut?
  
  2)My areas of interest are criminal law/ Constitutional law... What would be the appropriate courses available to me?
  
  3) could anyone from India, who is already pursuing a post graduate degree give me a rough idea of the total expenses that would be incurred? (Tuition + Living costs)
  
  4) does this university have an orientation programme for prospective students from India???
  
  5)are there any scholarships that one can look at?
