Judicial activism or adventurism

  How can we know that now judicial activism is turning in to Judicial adventurism?Should there be a line of control?

  If by adventurism, more people can get access to justice, then i say that they are one and the same thing,both are all aimed at achieving justice, hence no line should be drawn if adventurism here is positive
