Sep 18 2009, 08:44 PMI'm not sure whether it is a good idea for a Chinese issuer to do the first IPO in Germany this year - investors are still very cautious and Chinese IPOs are, after all, considered a more risky investment than other "regular" IPOs.[Edited Sep 21 2009]
