I am a last year NUS LLM student. As I plan to stay in Singapore for another year, I am now looking to rent a whole Springdale condo unit in late july which locationwise is very convienent to law school in bukit timah area. Past years there were students living there as well.

Since I want to rent a three-bedroom flat with three bathrooms, each of you will have your own room and own bath.

I am looking for flatmates. Prefer female as I am a female. Interesed please email me at [email protected].

    Thank you.

Hi, Yes I am still looking for flatmates...However, the flat will not be ready till the end of July as I intend to have longer time flatmats (so I didn't count in IBL students)
I'm afraid you need to find other accomadations. You can try several condos in upper bukit timah area, namely Springdale, Hazel Park Condo, Signature Park, etc.

Hi Tiny, I have got an accomodation in Upper Bukit Timah...but some one told me that it is inconvenient..buses are infrequent at night from NUS to Upper Bukit Timah.

    Is it so??

The frequency of buses during off-peak island hours are about 15 mins. I would say upper bukit timah is very convenient as there are three direct buses: 67, 170, 171. Or you can take almost any buses outside NUS then change to 67, 170,171, 961, 852.

If you consider this as inconvenient, I would suggest you just put up with Evans lodge cause whereever you need to take a bus, this will be the time you have to wait.

Sorry, I did not attend the IBL program last year. But for ECUPL part, from what I heard it is on-campus housing. I don't know the booking prodecure but I think you just do it with everybody else and it should be fine.

I actually don't know Yoha Boonlay this place. I know it is one of the NUS campus accomodation but I'm not familiar with that. Definitely it is not the nearest.

Hello Shweta! im an IBL student, alredy here in Singapore for the common law courses, I talked to some of the people from last year and i was told that housing at ECUPL is not recomended at all, they told me is not a nice place and i shoudnt even consider it, so we were thinking of renting an appartment near campus.
