conditionnal offer - submitting transcript delay?

    Hi

    I have been made a conditionnal offer for KCL LLM. Like everyone in this case, I have to submit my transcripts before August 31st. But my last exams take place at the beginning of september
    Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a delay to give those transcripts?

    sure mate. Write to them and explain! I am sure they'll make an exception! As long as you provide the stuff before the commencement! :)

    I hope so.
    I Wrote to the admission office 10 days ago and....no answer :-(
    But when begins the programme exactly? do you know?

    I agree with Althaf, they could make an exception for you. If I am not mistaken, they want us to be there on the week of 14 September 2009. There would be an orientation for about a week or so. The programme will start the week after 14 September 2009.
    Did you try e-mailing to ([email protected])? They usually revert you within 2-3 days.

    Call them. It will take you out of your missery faster. I also agree that they should have no problem as long as you provide the info as soon as possible. Also, check your visa requirements, because for the student visa, you need a visa letter with an accepted unconditional offer.

    I called them. They told me that I must submit the official documents before AUgust 31st. No exception.
    :-(

    I hope my University will help me to solve this pb. It would be foolish that I don´t go to KCL because of administrative problems....

    Yeah... at least a letter from your academic head... or some form of documentation!!!! Go for it! Best of luck!

    Hey everyone..I had a question about these official documents that we need to submit.
    Its just the sealed official transcript and a certified copy of the degree certificate right?
    I mean some people told me that the originals(ie) all my mark sheets and the original degree certificate will need to be given.But if documents need to reach by 31st Aug,I cannot mail my originals across.
    What is everyone doing?

    Hi sharika!
    It should be written on your offer. But if you have Pb with the delay, you can ask your university Pr. to send to KCL a letter certifying that you are likely to satisfy the conditons of your offer. It's like it has worked with me.
    And anyway I don't think that you have to send all the original f your mark sheets, just the originals of th reference letters are asked.
