This is a group for lawyers with interest/experiance in consumer protection legislation created by a Malaysian law student interested in being assisted in his research on United Kingdom and European Union legislation controlling Unfair Contract Terms and Notices, such as the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. All UK lawyers or law students having similar interest or experiance in the above subject matter are welcome to join this group and contribute their thoughts.
