selection criteria

  Hi all, as a potential applicant, I'm looking for an information how many people apply annually for this LLM program, i.e. what are the chances, since only 75 applicants are admitted per year?
  I would appreciate a tip from people that have been admitted, what is the most important selection criteria? Are those academic records, language knowledge level, good motivation letter..? Is the job experience an advantage etc...
